On June 21st, Yelp was proud to host our first ever design-centric panel discussion for San Francisco Design Week 2017 at our 140 New Montgomery headquarters. The 100 attendees were treated to much more than just a discussion: local SF businesses D’maize, Dagwood & Scoops, Salty Sweet, and Boba Guys were all on-site to provide amazing food and drink.

Where were you before Yelp?
Before joining Yelp, I was a product designer at Twitter, where I worked on both the Revenue and Growth teams. Before Twitter, I started and worked for various startups in San Francisco, and was also a part of the Y Combinator class of summer 2011.
Hello! We’re Tim, Gabi, and Kiyana, three Yelp product designers and, more importantly, three recent graduates of collegiate design programs, both grad and undergrad. Together, we felt that being fresh out of school with some workplace experience under our belts put us in a unique place to help out the next wave of graduating designers eager to make their marks on the world.
